chalet and cabin rentals from all over the world. In other word, FindChalet is an
online marketplace where renters and owners meet.

Does FindChalet.com rent properties?
No. FindChalet does not own, rent or manage these properties. We only provide the
listing service. The cottage/chalet and cabin owners list their properties on our
website. If you’d like to rent a particular property simply contact its owner or
agent.

How do I search for properties?
You may search for properties directly from the homepage, select a specific country,
state or province. If you’d like you may search for specific keyword, location or
a specific property using its listing id by using the search box. From the result
page, you may refine your search using different criteria.

Does FindChalet guarantee the accuracy of the information found in listings?
Although we investigate and review all new listings on our website, FindChalet does
not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided in a listing. Property owners
are responsible for all information provided about their properties. Please read

How do I rent a property or make a reservation?
You may get in touch with the property owner by filling the contact form found at
the bottom of the listing. The owner or its agent will reply your message as soon
as possible.

Do I need to sign in to rent or make a reservation?
No, you don’t need to sign in to rent or make a reservation. Simply fill the Contact
Form on the listing to reach the owner.

FindChalet carries cottage, chalet, cabin, lodge rentals from all over the world.

How do I list my property?
1. You must first register to create an account
on our main website www.LodgeAway.com.
2. You choose a listing package for your property (refer
to our package comparison chart) and create your listing by describing your
cottage.
3. Once completed, someone from our team review your listing. Once approved, your
listing becomes available throughout LodgeAway, FindChalet and FindChalet automatically.
And whenever you’d like to edit your listing, you simply log in to your Control
Panel on LodgeAway. All changes done to your listing on LodgeAway becomes effective
on all other websites automatically.

I own or manage multiple properties how can I post them all?
We offer a discount price for multiple listings (5 properties or more). Visit our

Do you require a credit card for your free trial?
No, you may register and add your property without providing any payment information.

Can you add my property for me?
In order to provide most accurate information to travelers and potential renters,
all listings must be added and edited by the owner or its agent. If you have multiple
properties to add and require assistance, feel free to
contact us.

How do I edit my personal information?
You may edit all your personal information by logging in to your Control Panel click
on the “Property Owners Login” link on the top right corner
of any page. Select “Edit Info” from the left menu.

How do I edit my listing?
You may edit all your listing’s description and details from your Control Panel.
Select the area you’d like to edit by clicking on “General Info” located next to
your listing.

How do I show my property on the map?
To show your property on a map, log in to your Control Panel and select the option
“Map and Address” next to your listing. Select“Yes” on the option Show your property
on the map?

The map doesn’t show the right location
To set the right location for your property on a map, log in to your Control Panel
and select the option “Map and Address” next to your listing. Enter the right address
and select “Check Map Location”. Note: your address will not be shown to public,
it is only used to find the right location of your property.

How do I place a link to my website?
You may add a link to your official website by logging in to your Control Panel
and selecting “General Info” next to your listing. Enter the full URL of your website
in the Your official website: section in this format http://www.yourwebsite.com.
Note: only listings with Gold or Platinum packages may add a link to their website.

I just added my property but cannot find it
Once you add your property, a member from the FindChalet team must review and approve
it before posting it online. This ensure proper listing of properties throughout
our network.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure payment gateway for all our services using direct payment by electronic
fund transfer (Paypal) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard).

I forgot my username/password
Your username is also your email. As of your password you may request it to be sent
to your email by clicking Forgot Password Page.
|

How do I remove/delete my listing?
Contact us to delete a listing or to switch it to a different owner. Please specify
the listing ID in your request form (the listing ID can be found right next to your
listing’s title).

I did not receive my registration confirmation by email
The confirmation email could be directed as a junk mail by your email provider instead
of your inbox, therefore make sure to add emails received from FindChalet.com or
LodgeAway.com as a trusted source. Otherwise, you might not receive reservation
request regarding your listing or important information concerning your account.
