Lake Nipissing Cottages
Very Private 2 and 3 bedroom Housekeeping Cottages on South Bay Lake Nipissing. All fully furnished inside and out. All Resort fascilities included in pricing. Fishing boat rentals on site. Whirlpool/Fireplace Chalet available as well. Only 7 cottages on 20 acres, all cottages over look the beautiful quiet south bay Lake Nipissing. Great fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike, Bass, Muskie, Perch and Bluegill. Many islands and coves to explore. Plus a huge provincial park to access by boat or canoe. We are only 45 minutes from the Northern part of Algonquin Park.
All cottages have furnished screened in porches and sundecks. Your own Bon Fire area and charcoal Barbeque. Outdoor inground heated pool with whirlpool is centrally located. There is also a Games Hall, with tv, vcr, dvd, movies, video games, ping pong table, library and many magazines and board games. All included. There is sandy volleyball court beside the horse shoe pits, canoes, paddle boats and kyaks are by the docks and beach area. Fun Fishing off of over 2000sq ft of docks which is very safe for the kids. Some cottages have there own private docks and drive in boat house. Call for many seasonal specials and fisherman/Seniors discount packages. Location is 30 minutes south of North Bay and 3 hours north of Toronto.
