24/7 SURVEILLANCE OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY FOR GUESTS COUNT.
Daily Low Price:
Monday to Friday - $950.00 based on 6 people incl kids. (5 days)
Saturday to Friday - $1550.00 based on 6 people incl kids (7 days)
Every Additional person is $50.00 per day . No Guests allowed.
MAJOR INTERSECTION: MOSLEY ST/41ST. NORTH( between beach 5 & 6)
The Chalet is roughly 1500 square feet or more situated between beach #5 and #6 on 41st street and Shore Lane in Wasaga beach
It is 20 seconds or less walking distance from the Chalet to the Sandy Beach.
The main floor contains a living room (26X 12) roughly, with a Brand new TV, Cable, DVD, & VCR. It also has a love seat, single seater couch and two 3-person seater.
It also has a gas fireplace (which is turned off for the summer).
Going further back is the Kitchen and breakfast area. Here we have a Gas stove, Full size fridge, 2 toasters and a coffee maker. The rental comes with cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and dinnerware for 10 Max, glasses (wine & Beer) and coffee mugs. It also comes with a bottled water dispenser. (A full bottled water jug will be supplied).
Next to this, is the 3-piece bathroom (sink, toilet and Tub). A 30 to 40 Gallon hot water tank is included for your daily showers.
Moving forward outside the Kitchen is at the back of the cottage, landing on a huge deck with tables and chairs and seated benches for breakfast or dinner or both. Here you have a Brand New 4 Burner, Electronic Ignition, Vermont Castings Stainless Steel Propane barbeque. There is also a Picnic table in the backyard.
We also have a fire pit to roast hot dogs or marshmallows surrounded with chairs and logs to sit on. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD TO BURN.
The first floor has all the Bedrooms and a 2-piece bathroom. The master bedroom has 2 double beds and a walkout to a deck. This bedroom is roughly 26X 14 ft. This room has as dresser, TV. Also has a closet for clothes storage.
Bedroom#2 is roughly 9 X 9 with a double bed and a dresser. It also has a siding window and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3 is all wood panelling and has a walkout to a deck. This bedroom also has a Queen size bed, dresser, TV, Cable. All mattresses are fairly new.
Games can be played at the back of the cottage and on the beach. No Games are allowed on the front lawn except sun bathing.
The entrance of the Chalet also has a deck with some Muskoka chairs and a table for relaxation and just watching the neighboured friendly neighbours
Finally the Garage can used to store some of your everyday beach ware, toys etc. The Gas station, Superstore (loblaws) Super Centre, Subway, MacDonald’s, Pizza, Shoppers, M&M’s, dollar store and a Roman catholic church is just 5 min driving from the cottage
This is our private cottage and we only rent couple of times a year. Hope this helps
2007 we have added a Brand New 3 piece Bathroom for your comfort in addition to 1 ½ bathrooms we have.
2009 – We have added a fish pond with a 3 ft waterfall surrounded by flowers and rocks
