La Voliere Calm rural gites sleep 4 Pool South West France
La Bourdette is an old stone farmhouse, the gite is at one end with lovely views, large garden,12 x 7m heated/covered pool, boules, croquet, ping-pong & local tennis courts.
Small orchard & many varieties of trees and shrubs. Self-contained, decorated with warmth and character, patio overlooking the pool.
La Voliere – a romantic self-catering holiday villa on the ground floor.
Sitting room with sofa-bed and chairs, TV (French), DVD & Video (300+ DVD’s & Videos).
Broadband Internet.
Kitchen, with fridge & freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster, iron, all utensils, crockery and cutlery. Washing and drying machines as required.
Shower room with vanity unit and WC.
Bedrooms with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers with windows overlooking the pool area and garden.
The garden has picnic table, chairs& sun beds. Pool shared with owners and Hibou.

All linen and towels are provided (€10 per person per week if required).
Please leave the gites as you find them, if you prefer us to clean when you leave, there will be a €20 charge.
On reservation we request a deposit of 25%, balance 6 weeks prior to arrival, together with a deposit of €200 to cover any damage. (This will be returned minus any necessary deductions.) Payment accepted by cheque (sterling, or Euro) or by bank transfer.
